Juice- 3 green apples, 2 celery ribs w/leaves, wedge of iceburg lettuce, lrg handful turnip greens & a lrg handful of spinach
Blend- 1/4 cup purified water w/ tsp maca root, tbsp flax & tbsp coconut oil. Mix with green juice & drink up! Crisp, refreshing & sooo good for you. ♥
