btw do you have a tip on saving on produce.. because here in vegas produce is so expensive and we have a budget. So sometimes.. i cant by everything because my budget cant handle it..
Thank you so much. I totally understand being on a budget. I try to look for what is on sale or marked down & then plan most of my juices for the week around that, I stock up on the more inexpensive veggies like carrots, celery, cucumbers etc. But the best way to save on produce is to grow as much as you can yourself or partner up with someone who has a garden, offer to help weed & water in exchange for delicious produce. :-) Do you have a local farmers market? This is also a great way to make connections along with finding great stuff.
Yeah we have a farmers market but its more expensive then the stores because its vegas. :( I am really looking to probably join a co op in the next few months. but thank you for the reply. I really want to start a garden but here in vegas i missed the deadline for sprouting because its about to get deathly hot out here. :( so idk if im going to try to grow indoor or get a green house.
